Taylor Swift

Though she recently sold the home, Taylor Swift’s most recent home is very much worthy of mention when discussing Beverly Hills’ celebrity homes. In addition to being a music star and successful performer, Taylor Swift has been very successful with her real estate investments. In January of 2017, Swift purchased the former home of the legendary movie mogul Samuel Goldwyn. She then began the process of petitioning the city to have the home designated as a historic landmark. The Beverly Hills City Council agreed with her and voted unanimously in her favor.

The home was restored with much attention to historical detail. Swift and her architect, Monique Schenk, sought to preserve and maintain as many elements of the home as possible. Items that were deteriorating and could not be preserved were then replicated and replaced, to maintain the historical integrity of the landmark home.

Adam Levine

The Maroon 5 frontman and mega TV star Adam Levine has shown that he knows real estate. The luxury home-flipping business has been good for Levine. Levine and his wife purchased their current Beverly Hills home in early 2018. After spending almost $7 million dollars to remodel the home they have listed it for sale.

The luxurious estate offers over 10,000 square feet of living space. The home includes a gym, spa, oversized pool, two kitchens, a screening room, and a guest house. The spacious home has a whopping 12 bathrooms and five bedrooms. The master suite is larger than many apartments, measuring an expansive 2,000 square feet. Celebrity homes in Beverly Hills do not get much better than this!

Orlando Bloom

The newly engaged big screen star has recently (and not surprisingly) listed his bachelor pad for sale. The “Lord of the Rings” and “Pirates of the Caribbean” star purchased his Beverly Hills Trousdale Estates area home two years ago for $7 million. The home was listed for $8.9 million shortly after he proposed to pop star Katy Perry on Valentine’s day. We wonder if the star couple will stay in Beverly Hills, where Perry owns some homes, or head elsewhere.

Orlando Bloom’s estate was previously owned by Mexican architect Miguel Angel Aragones, who completely transformed the 1950’s ranch style home. Today the home is reminiscent of a minimalist, chic boutique hotel. The 4,000 square foot home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The courtyard and unique entrance area make this Beverly Hills listing stand out.
